So following all the recommended suggestions for safety. I paid the $2 trial fee for a 24 hour period of trying Dynasty IPTV, after downloading an IPTV player and downloading the Dynasty TV app on my firestick. I was given a successful code number and told an email was sent. Well it’s now been over 48 hours (or close to it) and I’ve received not email with a link. Even though after hours of sending a customer support inquiry I was told that an email was sent. So I’m moving on to another IPTV service. I am afraid that Dinasty is a reseller managed by just one person. I have opened three tickets because I never received an e-mail with the login credentials. I managed to obtain them through my account in their web page, but the support the provide is non-existent. The guy that responds my tickets is either brainless or he is playing to be one. I tried to use my BUZZTV app to watch the channels and I could not login into the server. I asked for help to him for this issue and he just ignored it. I am glad I took the time to read this, this does not sound like a company I want to conduct any type of business with, they sound worse than HydrogenTV. First of all, they do not have a bundled package (TV and VOD). You need a separate subscription for both. Their interface has changed from the screen shots on this page (It’s the standard IPTV app interface you see in most others now). I signed up for LIVE TV first and I have to say…it’s the best of used. SO, I decided to sign up for VOD too…that’s when it fell apart. The DAY AFTER I signed up, I received an email from them “VOD has been removed…it’s not coming back. Sorry for the inconvenience.” Then, they deleted their telegram. In the end I lost $10.00 on the cancelled VOD. Too bad, seemed like a good service but I am expecting them to disappear shortly.
