In reply to Peter Tanner. Top right of the screen with "Master User" to add user. Then top right again to add user. Input your information there. It's a real pain in the butt to put in your epg though. Go to settings/epg/add source then figure it out from there. It took me several tries. Too lengthy to type.

Hi, Currently using the app on a firestick. However, some of my favourites have gone blank, and I am trying to delete these. However, since they are blank, the remove favourite option is no longer available.

Hello, I purchased 2 accounts and they stopped working. I notice I continually have to be reinstalling app after a while. Channels lag and series not loading. Once I reinstall they work again. I tried swapping my accounts from the devices in which I had them signed in and they stopped working. Now it says invalid. Please help me reinstate my accounts

It was Nord VPN. Changing the Protocol to “Open” fixed it. Ugh, the last thing I thought of…

Hi! Am having a real weird buffering issue on Smarters Pro on Firestick. The very same streaming service works without a glitch on the providers dedicated APK however…(?!) Smarters Pro has previously worked just fine for a while and I really like the UI. I’ve tried every solution on the net to help this issue – am on an ethernet connection with a fast download speed, decent space on the Firestick, clear caches, etc etc…
Its driving me crazy figuring out why, all of a sudden it wont stream without buffering literally every 3 minutes.(Have messed with all the settings in Smarters as well)

The only thing I havent done is revert to an earlier version – if that may be a solution? I can’t find a code to download an earlier version however…Any help would be appreciated.
